Completion time varies depending on the complexity of the design and current workload, but most custom orders are finished within 1–2 weeks. We’ll give you an estimated turnaround time before you confirm your order.

Yes. A deposit (usually 50%) is required to begin any custom project. This secures your place in our production queue and covers materials specific to your design.

Minor adjustments may be possible if we haven’t begun final production, but major changes may require additional time or cost. We’ll always confirm with you before moving forward.

Because custom items are made specifically for you, they are generally non-refundable. However, if there’s an issue with craftsmanship or your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we’ll work with you to make it right.
